LFFC (Latvian Federation of Food Companies) is the only multisectoral NGO of the Latvian food processing industry which unites food companies and professional associations, represents food producers in state and non-governmental organisations, defends the interests of its members in the process of drawing up national and international standard acts, as well as provides informational support to LFFC members. The federation unites companies which hold more than 60% of the whole Latvian food production market. It represents industry associations and several dozens of big, middle-sized and small businesses.
The LFFC sees its goal in successful and sustainable development of the food processing industry in Latvia and high competiveness of Latvian food producers in foreign markets.
